Hague 4 Level Split Storm Damage Renovation & Repair

This renovation is the result of storm damage, a huge tree fell on the house, the interior of the house a 4 level split built in 1974 suffered significant water damage.

  • Replace roof & gables on upper level.

  • Replace roofing on entire house.

  • Replace front window and entry door.

  • Apply 1” rigid insulation to exterior of entire house.

  • Remove and replace exterior siding, soffit, facia, & eavetrough

  • Interior drywall ceilings, some exterior wall drywall, & insulation was abated to remove asbestos materials, replaced with new.

  • Replace kitchen cabinetry and countertops due to water damage.

  • New flooring through out all levels.

  • New baseboards, some trim and interior finish replaced due to water damage.

  • Repaint entire interior of the house on all levels.

323 Bellmont Bungalow

This was a ROCY built home in 2005, purchased in 2022 by our clients who wanted a complete refresh on the interior which consisted of:
